San Francisco Seaplane Tours flies out of Sausalito in Marin County off Highway 101.

Daily Golden Gate Flight and the Champagne Flight departs from our Sausalito location.

Seaplanes are ideal for sightseeing and photography. Their high wings, large view windows and untinted glass present panoramic views and unrivaled photo opportunities. Passenger capacity varies from 3 to 7, depending on the aircraft and all seats sold are window seats.

Location:	The main Sausalito CA office is located at the Stinson Beach/Mill Valley exit off Highway 101, just 5 minutes North of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge.

FLIGHT 2 - CHAMPAGNE FLIGHT- Departs Sausalito

35 MINUTES - Times: 4:30PM (winter) & 5:15PM (summer) 40 MINUTES A Premium Tour for that special occasion. As you sip your Champagne and watch the beautiful views, this romantic flight cruises north over the lakes of Mount Tamalpais then down the coast and over the Golden Gate Bridge, arriving over San Francisco. You'll then head back to the Seaplane Base, passing between Sausalito and the Tiburon-Belvedere Peninsula. The flight lasts 40 minutes. This flight is only available from our Sausalito location. RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY FOR THIS FLIGHT.

FLIGHT 1 - GOLDEN GATE TOUR - Departs Sausalito

25 MINUTES Reservations are recommended to the Golden Gate Tour from Sausalito. The Golden Gate Tour will fly you directly out to the Pacific Coast, and south to the Golden Gate Bridge. After flying over the bridge, you will continue your flight over the Financial District and Downtown San Francisco, along the waterfront, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39, then north to Alcatraz, around Angel Island, and along the picturesque cities of Tiburon, Belvedere and Sausalito. This tour lasts approximately 30 minutes, and offers a great balance of sights from Marin to San Francisco. About San Francisco Seaplane:

The seaplane base in Sausalito has been in continuous operation since 1945. Over the years it has been used as a training base for seaplane pilots, a departure point for scheduled seaplane flights to Lake Tahoe, a departure point for commuter helicopter flights to SFO, and of course, for sightseeing. It is ideally suited for sightseeing flights of San Francisco and its beautiful surroundingsā€¦ easily reached from San Francisco, and by anyone traveling along Highway 101.

In 1994, San Francisco Seaplane Tours opened a second base in San Francisco, at Pier 39. For this operation, they brought in the ultimate Alaskan-style bush plane: a deHavilland Beaver. With its big radial engine, 8 seats, and sightseeing windows, the Beaver is in a class by itself among seaplanes.

Our daily sightseeing flights are offered from both locations, using either the deHavilland Beaver or the Cessna 180 Seaplane.

Confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours, subject to availability

Recommended: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing.

Weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour route may be altered.

Meals, Gratuities and Souveniers are not included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a $10 per person administration fee. No Shows will be charged.
